numberED capabilities

numbering

Here are some examples Numbering capabilities

numberED provides a robust set of numbering capabilities (presented below) as well as capabilities for variable data and barcodes.

Numbers, numbers, numbers. As many as you need. Wherever you want them. In the font and color you need. numberED solves your problems.

numberED contains capabilities that do far more than just printing numbers. Use numberED to do your whole job in one pass through the printer. You can add text and graphics to the numbers and print everything at one time to your printer. You can even capture the print output page(s) of another Windows program (like PageMaker), use it as a background on which numberED prints numbers and/or additional text and graphics - all to the printer at the same time - saving labor and print costs.

Virtually any job requiring numbering (that can be printed on a computer printer) can be produced with numberED. Tickets, labels, forms, hang tags, membership cards, ... are a snap with numberED. numberED provides definitions for over 900 commercial sheets (from Avery, AOne, ...) and gives you the ability to define and use your own custom sheets. Use drag and drop actions to position text, images, and numbers on your sheet design.

Be sure to check out the training documents (in the Training menu above) for step by step instructions. You will need the Adobe Reader installed to view those documents. Download the Adobe Reader from adobe.com

numberED is a computer program that allows the user to print text, numbers and graphics on commercial or custom sheets in either portrait or landscape orientation. Normal, Book & Page, Repeat, Skip, Bates, Checkdigit, and Tiered numbering capabilities are provided. Each sheet can contain one or more label forms, ticket forms, custom forms, etc. Frequently, the user is just adding numbers to sheets previously printed. With numberED you can just add numbers to those sheets ... OR you can add more text and graphics ... OR you can print the complete job (numbers, text and graphics) -- AND you can print any of the above choices over a background sheet image created from any Windows program - ALL of these can be done in one pass through the printer.

The user builds up the content of a representative form by adding one or more text, number, and graphic image blocks. Each text or number block may contain multiple fonts, font sizes, colors, and justifications. Text, number, and graphic blocks can be rotated 0, 90, 180, or 270 degrees. Additionally graphic images can be stretched or compressed or mirrored. You can display and enter measurements in either the English (inches) or Metric (centimeters) systems.

numberED can use output pages from your favorite program as background when creating numbering in your job. You capture print output from your favorite program in a print file. As part of a numberED job definition you indicate the print file is to be used as background pages for the job. numberED can be told to use one page of the file as background for all job output OR use sequential pages of the print file as sequential backgrounds for job output.
